What happens when my child is ready to move to the next badge level?
We continue to follow a continuous enrollment model, which means athletes can join classes at any time throughout the year however, athletes will receive progress reports at the end of October, December, February, and April. These reports will outline your athlete's progress and indicate which badge level they should be enrolled in for the next 8-week period. If your athlete has successfully met all of the requirements for their current level, they will be eligible to move to the next badge level beginning the following month.
Once you receive your child's progress report, simply bring it to our administrative staff and they will help you register for the appropriate class either by visiting the desk or you may email info@capcitygym.com
Please note that athletes who join a class shortly before a scheduled evaluation period may not receive a progress report during that cycle, as coaches may not have had sufficient time to accurately assess all required skills.
In some cases, a coach may determine that an athlete is ready to move up before the next scheduled evaluation period. If this occurs, the coach will communicate directly with the parent regarding the recommended level change and next steps for registration.
