Class Level Change Policy
To ensure consistency and improve communication, class level advancements and class changes will occur on two designated dates each month: the 1st and the 16th. These dates align with both the beginning/end of the month and the mid-month point.
The following updates will take place on these scheduled dates:

Athlete advancement to new levels or classes
This structured schedule allows us to streamline administrative tasks, provide clearer communication to families, and maintain a stable class environment. It also ensures that athletes who progress quickly do not wait an entire month to move up, while minimizing excessive or disruptive movement within classes.
