Missed Class Policy
Student Absences:
If a student misses a class for any reason, CCGC does not offer makeup lessons, refunds, or credits.
Injury Exception:
If a student is unable to attend class due to an injury, CCGC will issue a credit for missed classes upon receiving a doctor’s note.
CCGC Cancellations:
If CCGC must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer one makeup lesson scheduled at a time that works for the majority of enrolled athletes. In some cases, a credit may be issued instead.
Credit Terms:
All credits expire one year from the date issued and do not hold cash value.
