AGF Insurance is required for ALL open gyms.
You will see a charge added of $15 for each participant which covers you for drop ins ONLY for the Gymnastics year (July 1-June 30).
If you have already purchased AGF for the current gymnastics year at another gymnastics club in Alberta, please let our admin staff know. We will ask to see a receipt for proof of payment and then will waive this fee from your account upon confirmation!
Drop-in times allow you to come and enjoy our gym on a casual basis, whether you are a beginner or pro in gymnastics.
Come by and explore the space on your own through movement and fun!

Rules for drop-in gymnastics
- Drop in is on a first come, first serve basis.
- There are a maximum number of participants allowed on the gymnastics floor and we reserve the right to turn participants away once we have hit capacity.
- For drop-in participants under 12 years of age, a parent/guardian is required to be on the gymnastics floor with their child.
- CCGC will provide supervising coaches to ensure safety.
- Coaches reserve the right to ask participants to leave the floor area, at any time, if they consider their behavior to be unsafe or disruptive.
- To participate, all athletes are required to show proof of current AGF Annual Insurance.
- If you do not have AGF, you will need to purchase this when you arrive before our staff will allow you onto the gym floor.
