Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your party date. Due to coaching schedules and staffing requirements, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the party date.
In the event of an emergency, parties may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.
Coaching staff are scheduled in advance based on your confirmed participant numbers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
