Our pre-competitive programs offer the opportunity for your child to prepare for our competitive programming.

These classes will focus on making sure your child has a solid foundation of gymnastics to build on when they transition into one of our competitive groups.

This will allow them to have a positive competitive experience in the future.

At CCGC we want to make sure that all of our members can progress SAFELY while also having FUN no matter what level you are in!

This Program is for GIRLS Ages 4-6.

Elite Petites is a non-competitive program intended for those gymnasts showing an above average ability and desire towards gymnastics.

The focus of this program is on physical ability development along with the development of strong, technically correct gymnastics.

Gymnasts in this program do not work towards badges, but will receive a Certificate at the end of each session.  

A Recommendation/Assessment is required to join this class.

As this is a pre-competitive program, there is a twice per week requirement.

COST: $48 per 2-hour class

($144-$240 per month depending on how many classes are being offered within that month)

You will not be charged for classes on holidays/gym closure dates.

This Program is for BOYS Ages 5-7

It has been developed for recreational athletes showing above average potential and passion for gymnastics.

The focus of this program is on physical ability development along with the development of strong, technically correct gymnastics.

The boys will train on the men’s equipment (P-Bars, Rings, Pommel, Vault, Floor, High Bar, and Trampoline). 

A Recommendation/Assessment is required to join this class

As this is a pre-competitive program, there is a twice per week requirement.

COST: $48 per 2-hour class

($144-$240 per month depending on how many classes are being offered within that month)

This Program is for GIRLS Ages 6-8.

Although non-competitive, this program is designed for female gymnasts that have shown above average ability and a passion for gymnastics.

This class will focus on strength and flexibility, while fine tuning each skill.

Because of the level of skills being learned in this class, in order for your child to safely accomplish their goals and progress forward, it is required that your child attends AT LEAST 2 classes/week.

This also prepares them for the time commitment required for competitive programming.
