This Program is for GIRLS Ages 6-8. Although non-competitive, this program is designed for female gymnasts that have shown above average ability and a passion for gymnastics. This class will focus on strength and flexibility, while fine tuning each skill.
Because of the level of skills being learned in this class, in order for your child to safely accomplish their goals and progress forward, it is recommended that your child attends AT LEAST 2 classes/week.
