Gymnastics is a sport that requires lots of specific equipment for the development and safety of our athletes. All fundraising efforts support the maintenance and purchase of this needed equipment, while balancing affordable fees to our CCGC membership.
All members in our Recreational programs have no fundraising commitments but are welcome to participate in any of our ongoing fundraising efforts.
Members in our Competitive program are part of our CCGC community and have mandatory fundraising commitments as part of their annual contracts. Up to date commitments can be found in the Member Handbook and all fundraising campaigns will be posted to our website, as well as circulated by email and social media.
Note that fundraising is OPTIONAL for recreational families.
However, CCGC is now offering a profit-share with our rec families who choose to participate in our fundraising activities.
Moving forward until June 30, 2025, recreational families who participate will receive a $10 credit in their account for every $50 fundraising profit raised PER fundraising campaign. Credit can be used towards future registration for a rec session, birthday party, PD day camp, or Kids Night Out event.
These credits must be used WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE TIME THEY ARE RECEIVED. *CREDITS CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH*
Recreational families who participated in our last two campaigns - CCGC Fall Fundraiser and Blaze Pizza - will receive credits in their accounts if they raised $50 in profit in either campaign.
EXCLUSIONS:

Ongoing fundraisers are excluded from profit-share e.g. Flipgive, bottle drive with Skip-the-depot and Triple H

Fundraising campaigns cannot be combined for credit e.g. cannot combine the fall fundraising campaign with the Christmas fundraising campaign.
