Special Activities

Does the idea of hosting a birthday party or family event at your house add stress and give you a headache?

Don’t have enough space for a corporate party or want something new to try?

Plan to host your next party at Capital City Gymnastics Centre, packed with gymnastics fun!

Participate in supervised gymnastics activities, group games, and use one of our party rooms for food, cake & gift openings (for most party packages). Our staff would be happy to help you find the party package that best suits your needs.

CCGC offers a variety of special event packages such as private bookings, birthday packages (all ages), team building packages (kids and adults), and family fun bookings.

Drop In

Drop-in times allow you to come and enjoy our gym on a casual basis, whether you are a beginner or pro

in gymnastics. Come by and explore the space on your own through movement and fun!

See below for more information on our various drop-in programs.

Rules for drop-in gymnastics

Drop in is on a first come, first serve basis. There are a maximum number of participants allowed on the gymnastics floor.

For drop-in participants under 13 years of age, a parent/guardian is required to be on the gymnastics floor with their child.

CCGC will provide supervising coaches to ensure safety.

Coaches reserve the right to ask participants to leave the floor area, at any time, if they consider their behavior to be unsafe or disruptive.

To participate, all athletes are required to show proof of current AGF Annual Insurance. If you do not have AGF, you will need to purchase this when you arrive before our staff will allow you onto the gym floor. 

 

Preschool Drop In

BEGINS SEPTEMBER 12, 2023!

 

HOURS:

  • Tuesday 10:00-11:30am

 

COST: $10.00/participating person/visit

Please provide proof of AGF Insurance upon admission to Drop In

 

AGE: 6 years and under

DEALS:

  1. $25.00/per family (immediate family – up to 3 kids)
  2. $50.00 Punch Pass good for 6 visits ($60 value)

Family Drop In

BEGINS SEPTEMBER 17, 2023!

 

HOURS:

  • Sundays 3:00-4:30 PM

 

COST:  $10.00/participating person/visit

Please provide proof of AGF Insurance upon admission to Drop In

AGE: ALL Ages Welcome! Anyone under the age of 12 must have a parent on the floor with them at all times.

DEALS:

  1. $25.00/per family of 3 (immediate family)
  2. $50.00 Punch Pass good for 6 visits ($60 Value)

Teen/ Adult Drop In

BEGINS SEPTEMBER 11, 2023!

 

HOURS:

  • Monday &Thursday 8:00-9:30 PM

COST:  $10.00/participant/visit

DEALS:

Kids Night Out

KIDS NIGHT OUT EVENTS ARE OFFERED ONCE PER MONTH (Coach schedules permitting)

 

Our Next Event will be Saturday September 16, 2023!

 

We all love our kids but sometimes we need some time without them!

Let our CCGC coaches take care of your kids while you are enjoying a relaxing date night, or some well deserved "me" time.

We know the kids are going to burn off their extra energy and have tons of fun before relaxing in front of a PG movie!

 

Pizza will be provided, please let us know of any food allergies/intolerances prior to registration.

 

COST:

$30 for members

$35 for non-members

PD Day Camps

PD Day Camps run from September-June Each Year! (Provided there is sufficient enrolment numbers)

 

If your child has a PD Day coming up that we do not have a camp scheduled, Please contact our Recreational Director at recprodir@capcitygym.com

 

Campers will have an awesome time in our CCGC camps packed with fun, games, activities, gymnastics, crafts, structured free time, all while making new friends and more!

When packing your camper’s snacks and lunch, please be mindful and pack allergen/peanut-free foods.

It is recommended that each participant bring a labeled water bottle and wear appropriate clothing - no jeans, jewelry, zippers or belts.

Summer Camps

Our Summer Camps are in partnership with Sportball. The kids will have the opportunity to learn up to nine different sports throughout the week, have weekly theme challenges, improve their gymnastics skills, and more. 

 

AGF/CCGC membership is required to participate in one of our camps. This amount is NOT included in the camp fee listed.

 

Your AGF/CCGC membership options are as follows;

 

$26.50 - Membership for ONLY 5 days of Camp  

$51.85 - Membership for ENTIRE SUMMER (This allows you to register and attend any programming offered by CCGC from July 1-August 31, 2023)

$55 - Membership for the Gymnastics Year (This allows you to register and attend any programming offered by CCGC from July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024)

 

When registering, please note which Membership option you have chosen to allow our admin staff to charge the correct amount.

Field Trips

Capital City Gymnastics Centre offers field trips for Daycares, Preschools, & K-12 as well as Home School programming.

CCGC is proud to offer an inclusive environment that hosts field trips for special needs groups and programs.

Plan ahead so you don’t miss out! Book your field trips early as spaces fill up quickly and quite far in advance.

Holiday Drop and Shop

Holiday Drop & Shop is offered every December for the week leading up to Christmas!

 

Registration OPENS on December 1, 2023!

 

Holiday Shopping can be stressful, especially when you have kids. CCGC understands this and we want to offer an easier option!

Drop your child off at our gym for some games, gymnastics, crafts, and free time while you get that last minute shopping done!

Ages 3+ are welcome as long as they are fully potty trained!

 

COST:

$20 for Members

$25 for Non-Members
