CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

MISSED CLASSES, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

* All classes are subject to change due to registration numbers and coaching availability.
* Cancellations made more than 1 week prior to the start date of the class will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made within 1 week of the start date of the class are subject to the cost of the first class plus a $20 administration fee.
* Cancellations made between the first and the third class will be refunded less the class cost for the number of scheduled classes plus a $20 administration fee.
* There will be NO REFUNDS after the start of the third class unless a Doctor’s note is provided.
*Due to limited class space, we are unable to offer makeup classes for missed classes.
* AGF Registration Fee is only refundable if no class has been
attended.
* AGF Registration Fee is non-refundable if any classes have been attended.
